2. Service Description
Kiddical is an AI-powered family assistant that helps parents manage school-related communications, calendars, and reminders. Our service includes document scanning, date extraction, calendar management, and notification features.
3. Account Registration
To use Kiddical, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment details are required to start the trial.
Subscription
After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or commercially exploit the service without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer our software
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
6. Content and Data
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Kiddical. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to process it as necessary to provide our services.
Data Processing

7. AI-Generated Content
Our service uses AI to extract information from documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You should verify important information independently. We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months
- We are not responsible for missed events or reminders due to service issues
10. Intellectual Property
Kiddical, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of MyRevisionary Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
